Where is THE BURCH HOUSE?
We are located in Pace, FL ***
Approximately 5 minutes North of (five points) in Pace, FL, or 35 minutes North of Downtown Pensacola and 45-55 minutes North of Pensacola Beach.
Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough for comfort (minutes from Publix, Target, Walmart, CVS)
When can I schedule a site tour of THE BURCH HOUSE?
We offer site tours by appointment only during the week around scheduled events.

How do I reserve my date?
A non-refundable $1,750 deposit is required to save your date followed by a signed rental contract.
How many guests can THE BURCH HOUSE accommodate?
It depends on the venue you choose.
We can accommodate approximately 150 guests, with the exception of an indoor ceremony inside THE BURCH HOUSE (which seats 75)
What does my site fee include?
It is the rental of our entire grounds for your wedding.
You will have access to THE BURCH HOUSE, THE BARN + ALL PONDS for the day/night.
Your rental includes setup beginning at 10AM with events ending at 10PM (allowing an additional 30 minutes for clean up + break down).
After party bonfires can extend until 12AM*
It also includes 10 custom farm tables (each with 2 benches) as well as 60 inch round tables, 150 fruitwood chairs (with or without cushions) and (5) cocktail tables.
(more than $3,000 worth of rentals are included in your site fee)
We also include gold chargers for up to 150 guests and discounted access to our vintage rentals.
Do you offer lodging?
Not at this time, although we are working on it!
The closest lodging is Milton + Pensacola.
Do you offer a bridal suite?
Yes! We have an onsite PREP area for bride + bridesmaids included in your rental*
Can we use our own caterer / bar?
All food must be purchased through the Burch House, with some exceptions.

All alcohol vendors must be licensed and insured.
Will we need to rent tables and chairs?
Yes / No
Seating for 150 guests is provided. We provide 10 custom farm tables (seats 80) and along with 60-inch round tables and 150 chairs.
Each farm table (along with two benches) seats 8*
We recommend a mix of farm tables and 60in rounds and can recommend several vendors to rent these items from if you need more than provided.
Do you require venue insurance? Yes**
What if we aren’t serving alcohol or doing sparklers?
Yes, we require each wedding to obtain their own insurance policy for the day of their event.

Yes! We love live music!
Can we have a DJ?
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes! And also drop off and unloading areas.
HOWEVER, we are a farm! Parking is located in the grassy designated areas near the Burch House*
Do you have a wedding coordinator to help with our event?
We believe this is one of the most important parts of your wedding!
